PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • During high-demand periods (launches, pre-orders), processing times may be extended

SHIPPING TIME (U.S.)

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

PRE-ORDERS

Items marked as pre-order require additional production time.

  • Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout
  • Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are ready

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping  Free shipping on orders over $100

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

KB Muse is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, KB Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Weather conditions
